Skål is a professional organization of tourism leaders around the world, promoting global tourism and friendship. It is the only international group uniting all branches of the travel and tourism industry. Its members, the industry’s managers and executives, meet at local, national, regional and international levels to discuss and pursue topics of common interest.
The Skål Vancouver was founded in 1954 and comprises some of Vancouver’s Tourism & Hospitality Leaders from destination attractions such as the Capilano Suspension Bridge, to travel companies like The Rocky Mountaineer and local hotels such as the Georgian Court Hotel, Hilton, Holiday Inn and Coast Hotels.
Currently, I am the President of the Skål Vancouver Club since 2018. The Vancouver club has over 50 leaders representing the Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry.
